In general, the relations between ADDITIUM 3D and the Users of its telematic services, present on this website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction. Specifically Organic Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

USER ACCESS AND USE

The User is informed and accepts that access to this website does not in any way imply the start of a commercial relationship with ADDITIUM 3D or any of its distributors.

This website will use social networks and virtual communities that will be used as a means of communication and promotion of ADDITIUM 3D products and services. The social networks and virtual communities that may be used are the following: Facebook, tick tock, twitter, linkedin, Youtube without prejudice to the possibility of using others in the future. The specific objectives through which these media are used are media support and dissemination of ADDITIUM 3D services.

With regard to the information contained in the contents of the social networks ADDITIUM 3D is not responsible in any case for the truthfulness, accuracy, adequacy, suitability and updating of the information provided through them.

The contents established in the social networks are exclusively informative, so it is not responsible for the decisions taken by the User based on the same, nor for the damages caused to the User or third parties based on this information.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the statutory and regulatory rules of Spanish law.

The parties expressly waive to the jurisdiction that may correspond to them and agree to submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Valencia, in the resolution of disputes that may arise in the interpretation or execution of these conditions.
