What can we scan in Additium 3D?
Parts no longer in production
Parts or moulds adapted to the shape of other objects
So we reproduce parts to the millimetre that have to fit together and even create ergonomic adaptations.
People, probably our most interesting option
Have you ever thought of having a miniature of yourself? In Additium3D it is possible, from a person that we use as a reference we can scan their whole body or a single part, and then create an object and print it in 3D.
Our 3D scanning equipment
At Additium3D we have two teams with which we try to cover all kinds of needs:
A more dynamic scanner, the iReal 2E, with which we manually scan larger parts and even people by simply surrounding them with the scanner.
Features of the iReal 2E:
- 580 mm and 550 mm scanning area
- 720 mm depth of field
- Infrared gVCSEL structured light, which eliminates the problem of glare and the difficulty of scanning the hair
- Reproduces HD colour, which also provides texture capture in various fields
- Additional cleaning and polishing: For some materials, subsequent cleaning or polishing processes are possible to improve the final aesthetics of the product.
- Personalisation and specific details: The laser allows the creation of intricate and detailed designs that offer a unique level of personalisation on different materials.
With the iReal 2E we will scan people, parts of people and large objects.
With this scanner we will quickly capture textures and the geometry of the parts.
With the RangeVision Spectrum we can scan small parts with precision and detail, always maintaining the colour, texture and their particularities.
